Donatella is a professor at dipartimento di Medicina Clinica e Sperimentale, Section of Psychiatry, University of Pisa in Italy.

14.00    Dr. Hanna Alonim: Bridging the Gap Between Early Detection of Autism Prodrome in Infants and intervention.
Dr. Hanna Alonim, Ph.D. in Mental Health, is an expert and researcher in the autism spectrum in infancy, Founder and Head of the Mifne Center for Treatment, Training, and Research, in Israel, since 1987. She is the Head of the Therapists Training School for Autism in Infancy at the Bar Ilan University since 2001. Dr. Hanna Alonim has developed the ESPASSI © screening scale for the detection of the autism prodrome in the first year of life. Dr. Alonim is a committee member of the ICF Core Set for ASD, Stockholm 2016.

16.00    Dr. Ron Willems: Growing beyond Autism
Ron Willems has obtained a Ph.D. in the field of applied physics at the Eindhoven University of Technology. After having obtained his Ph.D., he has worked for various high-tech companies in the Netherlands as a computer simulations expert. Currently, he works as a corporate researcher at the global R&D facility of SKF, which is based in the Netherlands. On top of his research career, he is a  ReAttach therapist.

A physical therapist with massive experience in the field of neuro-rehabilitation and ReAttach from the Netherlands. She is a ReAttach trainer and offers ReAttach courses for Paramedics. 

13.00   Dr. Ashutosh Srivastava: ReAttach a Positive Psychological Intervention
Dr. Ashutosh Srivastava is a Clinical Psychologist and Counselor from India. He is a board member of the ReAttach Foundation and the founder of the PsyUni Trust and ReAttach Therapy Institute in India.

13.30   Prof. Dr. Parasuram Ramamoorthi: Rehearsed drama for autism
Prof. Dr. Parasuram Ramamoorthi is a professor in Drama Therapy with expertise in the field of autism. He is the founder of the Velvi Organisation in Madurai, India.

Dr. Eleanor Avinor is a researcher from Israel who developed the KEG-cards program for emotional dysregulation and psycho-trauma. 

15.30    Prof. Dr. Carmelo Rizzo: Microbiota and Autism. Implications of microbiota and COVID-19.
Prof. Dr. Carmelo Rizzo is a nutritionist and autism expert from Rome, Italy.

16.00    Prof. Dr. Alexander Poletaev: can we prevent autism?
Prof. Dr. Alexander Poletaev is an Honorary Member of the ReAttach Foundation with expertise in the field of autism, oncology, neurodegenerative disorders, and immunology. 

16.30    José Miguel da Graça Estevão André Nogueira: 
José Miguel Nogueira holds a degree in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Lisbon and a Ph.D. in Public Policy from ISCTE – IUL (University Institute of Lisbon), with a thesis on disability. Researcher, Senior Consultant, an expert in Public Policy and evaluation of social impact in projects of disability, inclusion, and human rights.

Friday, June 26th

12.30    Alan Kerroux and Devi Kusardy: Narrative account and lessons learned from the application of Short-Term ReAttach Therapy with a group of Young Adult Dancers from Borneo in the context of a Highly Competitive Stage Performance.
Alan is the lead psychotherapist at the Liku-Liku Center for Creative Therapy, located in Kota Kinabalu on the island of Borneo. Devi has in the past 12 years facilitated free therapeutic activities for the community, particularly in Sabah, Malaysia. She is the founder of Liku-Liku Center. 

13.00    Dr. Ritu Chauhan: ReAttach and OCD, a case-study.
Dr. Ritu Chauhan is a Clinical Psychologist from India, working with children and families with autism.

14.00    Marielle Bartholomeus: ReAttach and pediatric Occupational Therapy: Time for new opportunities
As an occupational therapist and family therapist, Marielle uses ReAttach for children with complex developmental challenges. She is a ReAttach trainer and offers ReAttach courses for paramedics working with children and families.

14.30    Drs. Fanny Stempher:  Is any effect of ReAttach measurable with the use of biofeedback? A first investigative step. 
Drs. Fanny Stempher is a clinical psychologist and supervisor from the Netherlands who has years of experience in the treatment of complex psychopathology. She is a ReAttach trainer for psychologists.

Annalisa Ianniello is a Ph.D. student in Linguistics, Society, Politics, and Educational Sciences from the University of Salerno.

Dr. Frank Verberne is a behavioral psychologist and ReAttach therapist from Westerhoven, The Netherlands.

Embracing Complexity Makes Sense!

We invite abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations at the 2nd Scientific ReAttach Conference / May 29-30, 2020 Skopje Macedonia. The event will be organized by ReAttach Therapy International Foundation and the Macedionian Scientific Society for Autism.

The general theme of the 2nd ReAttach Conference is “Embracing complexity“.
Autism will remain one of the main topics of the ReAttach Conference. A special focus lies on accessible and affordable interventions to support individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Abstract submission should link with one of the conference topics:
